Engagements

Analytics work begins only after both parties agree a written scope, fee, timeline, responsibilities and deliverables. You are responsible for providing lawful access to accurate, relevant data and for removing information that is not needed for the agreed analysis.

Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect confidential information received through an engagement. Any additional data-processing or security requirements will be documented in the engagement terms. We do not claim ownership of your source data.

Intellectual property

Metriccachebase retains its pre-existing methods, templates and know-how. Once agreed fees are paid, you may use the engagement deliverables internally for the purposes stated in the scope.

Limitations

Analytics findings depend on the quality and completeness of supplied data. We identify known limitations but do not guarantee a particular commercial outcome. Liability terms specific to paid work are set out in the signed engagement.
